EEF appointed R K Harrison to develop a range of exclusive commercial insurance services for its member companies. This was in response to volatile premiums and a requirement to reward companies for the investments they have made in health & safety processes to reduce their risk.
Since its creation, EEFIS has so far placed premiums of £1.5m whilst saving members up to 46% off their existing premium with one company saving over £100,000.
Nominees had to display an ability to address customer needs, show the significant impact they’ve had on the market as well as the use of creativity and imagination used throughout the process. Held at the Royal Albert Hall, the annual British Insurance Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the insurance industry’s calendar, and over 2000 people gathered to acknowledge top performers.
Commenting, EEF Chief Executive Officer, Gilbert Toppin, said: “We are delighted that the success of the relationship between EEF and R K Harrison has reflected in a service of real benefit to our members. We look forward to continuing a long and rewarding partnership,”
