Hyperion Insurance Group has moved up two places in this year’s Insurance Times Top 50 Brokers table. In the Insurance Times’ annual report, which ranks the UK operations of the largest insurance intermediaries by revenue, Hyperion now sits at number 11, having moved 37 places in the past 10 years from just inside the top 50 to just outside the top 10.
The analysis is performed by IMAS, the corporate finance advisers. IMAS also selected the top ten brokers by overall performance, awarding Hyperion with first place. Having achieved second place last year, and with a greater EBITDA growth than any of the brokers in the top ten, Hyperion continues to move towards its goal of becoming the leading international insurance intermediary.
David Howden, CEO of Hyperion Insurance Group Limited said: "I am extremely proud of our collective strength. The profitable growth we deliver is because of the drive and the expertise of the people who work here. I am delighted that this has been recognised and that we are seen by others to be a special Group.”
